I had a canny time here! The staff were proper friendly, especially the front desk team, who always greeted me by name. The breakfast was lush with a great selection of fresh options. Just wish the gym was a bit better equipped, like.

Consider using the gym showers to freshen up after checking out, especially if you have a late flight.

The rooftop cabana is a perfect spot for winding down after a long day, and the restaurant serves up some remarkably prepared dishes. The gym is well-maintained with sufficient equipment, and I appreciated the complementary fruit available all day in the lobby.

I encountered some hiccups during my stay. The bathroom foot pedal was broken, which means I had to touch the trash bin lid—pretty inconvenient for a supposed four-star place. the TV lacked Netflix access, a feature I've seen in cheaper hotels during my travels. Lastly, I experienced a lack of preparation in my room.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering the best sleep I've experienced in Colombia. The staff were always courteous and had a positive attitude, making every interaction feel personal. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop cabana. it’s a fantastic retreat to unwind after a busy day. Extra touches like the easy access to a variety of dining options nearby made my visit particularly enjoyable.

the location was great! super close to lots of restaurants and shops. the staff was soooo friendly, they really made us feel at home. also, the gym was nice with a sauna and steam room, perfect after a day out. loved the coffee, though we didn’t do breakfast.

the hotel could use a little updating, and we heard dogs barking at night which was annoying.

The tiny room in the cafe was perfect for our business reunion. The easy access to Zona T made exploring super simple.
